Getting started
Who is FrameOS for?
Solo real estate photographers and small teams with a few shooters, editors or an assistant. It covers listing media, luxury and commercial work, and you can add booking flows for other services like branding sessions.
Where is FrameOS available?
We're starting in Canada, then opening to the US and other English-speaking markets.
Will my clients see FrameOS or my studio?
Your studio. The booking portal carries your name, logo and colours, can live on your own subdomain, and can be embedded on your website.
How long does setup take?
Adding your services, packages, square-footage tiers and travel zones is designed to take an afternoon, not a week. Early access studios get help with setup.
AI assistants
Which assistants can I connect?
Claude, ChatGPT, Grok (the web app) and Grok Bots (a separate assistant app). You can connect more than one.
What can an assistant actually do?
Look up clients, bookings, listings and your finances; check open times; book shoots; and edit listing websites and marketing kits. Listing websites can be set to update automatically every day.
Can my clients use their own AI to book me?
Yes. Agents connect their own assistant from their FrameOS profile and can book with your packages, prices and availability.
How do I keep it under control?
You can disconnect any assistant, turn all assistants off, stop agent connections, or stop AI edits to marketing kits and listing websites separately. Every action is recorded in an activity log.
Scheduling, delivery and MLS
Which calendars do you sync with?
Google Calendar today. Drive time between shoots is counted when FrameOS offers time slots.
How do travel surcharges work?
Set fees by distance from your home base, or add a fee for a specific area. The surcharge is added to the client's total at checkout.
Where do my files live?
In your Dropbox. FrameOS converts photos to MLS size automatically and hosts photos and video on Cloudflare for fast sharing.
Do I get an MLS-compliant video link?
Yes. Every video gets an unbranded, MLS-compliant URL hosted on Cloudflare.
Payments and the books
Which payment processor do you support?
Square, with hosted checkout on invoices. More processors may follow.
Can I stop agents downloading before they pay?
Yes. Turn on pay before download and agents can view their delivery, but the photos and video stay locked until the invoice is paid.
Does FrameOS replace my accounting software?
For many solo studios, it covers the day-to-day: revenue, collected and outstanding amounts, tax, cost per service, monthly expenses tracked automatically and one-off expenses, with profit and loss for any period. Your accountant can work from the CSV exports.
What's not here yet
Is there a mobile app?
Not a separate app store app. You can install FrameOS from your browser to your phone's home screen, where it opens full screen like an app.
Does it sync with QuickBooks?
Not yet. FrameOS has its own reporting and expense tracking, and you can export to CSV.
Can I design graphic email templates?
Not yet. Email templates are text-based and fully editable, and they send automatically at each stage of an order.
